Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) on a high flame and place the roti gently over it and cook it till small blisters appear on the surface flip it and cook for few more seconds. Ingredients

  • 2 cupsmaize flour (makai ka atta)
  • saltto taste
  • maize flour(makai ka atta) for rolling
  • butterfor brushing

Directions
