Prep Time: 10min Cook time: 10min Ingredients: 1 cupboiled , peeled and mashed potatoes,1/4 cupgrated sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane),2 tbspfinely chopped spring onions whites,1 tbspfinely chopped green chillies,1 tbspcornflour,SaltTo Taste,1/2 tspgaram masala,2 tspghee,2 tspmelted butter mixed with 2 tsp for brushing, Instructions: In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, sweet corns, chopped spring onions, chopped green chilies, cornflour, salt and garam masala and mix it nice and keep it aside. Heat the ghee in a pan and add the prepared mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and switch off the flame and keep it aside to cool. Divide the mixture into equal portions and use a thick Seekh (metal skewer), press each portion of the mixture on it with your fingers to make a 100 mm. (4") long kebab. Brush each kebab with ½ tsp of butter and cook them over a charcoal or electric barbecue till they are brown in color on all sides. Serve it green chutney and relish it flavors. By Meghna Nath

Ingredients

  • 1 cupboiled , peeled and mashed potatoes

  • 2 tbspfinely chopped spring onions whites
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • SaltTo Taste
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tspghee
  • 2 tspmelted butter mixed with 2 tsp for brushing

Directions
