Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and cook each roti by using ¼ tsp of ghee and cook till it turns golden brown in color from both the sides. Serve it with any raita of your choice. Bajra Aloo Paratha is one delicacy which is very delicious and healthy. It is made with  Black millet flour (Bajra), aloo (potato), and seasoned with spices to enhance more flavors. It is very easy to prepare and perfect for weekend breakfast. You can serve this paratha with any side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsBajra (black millet) flour
  • 3/4 cupBoiled , peeled and mashed potatoes
