Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces and also finely chop the carrot, French beans, spring onions and keep it aside Beat egg with salt and pepper powder in a small bowl and heat oil in a non-stick pan and pour the beaten egg and scramble it and cook it on a medium flame and transfer it on a plate and keep it aside. Add 2 tbsp of oil in the pan and add finely grated ginger and garlic and fry for few seconds. Add red chilies and white portion of spring onions and mix it. Add the chicken pieces, salt and mix it, sprinkle water and cook it on a low flame and add the veggies, a pinch of sugar and cook it on low flame and stir contentiously. Add Schezwan sauce, soya sauce, and tomato ketchup, mix it well and cook for 2 min. Add the scrambled egg and mix it, add the cooked basmati rice and fluff it gently and add salt and pepper.
