In a bowl, add the condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla essence and 2 tbsp of water and beat it nicely with the help of a hand blender. Add the prepared flour mixture to the condensed milk mixture and mix it gently with help of a spatula and make a batter of dropping consistency. GGrease a 68 mm. (2½”) diameter aluminum molds with butter and pour equal quantity of the batter into the greased 68 mm. (2½”) diameter aluminum molds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºc (400ºf) for 10 minutes and then bake at 150ºc (300ºf) for 15 to 20 minutes. The sponge is baked, when it leaves the sides of the mold and is springy to touch and once baked, keep it aside to cool. For the frosting In a bowl add the butter and beat it with a spatula and add the icing sugar and cinnamon powder and mix it well and keep it aside. For The Vanilla Cinnamon cupcake
