In a pan, add 1 liter milk and cook on a low flame for 10 min and cook the milk thickens Then add the coarse rice paste and stir continuously for 5 minutes and see that they no lumps. Cook on low flame for 5 min till the rice gets cooked completely and then add ¼ cup of sugar and 2 tbsp saffron milk.
