Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a 50 mm. (2”) diameter round kebab. In a spread the bread crumbs and roll each kebab in bread crumbs so that the kebabs are evenly coated from both the sides. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and deep-fry 2 kebabs at a time and fry till they turn golden brown in color from both the sides. Once done, drain on an absorbent paper and serve it with green chutney. The Dahi Ke Kebab is a classic Indian appetizer which you can easily prepare at home. This kebab is a popular Mughali Dish which is loved by all.  It has a nice flavor and taste and texture. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cuphung curd (chakka dahi)
  • 1 1/4 cupsgrated paneer (cottage cheese)
