Add sufficient water and knead into soft dough and transfer the dough onto a worktop and knead it well. Transfer into a bowl, cover it with muslin cloth and keep it aside for 30 minutes and after 30 min, divide the dough into small portions. Heat sufficient oil in a kadhai and grease the worktop with some oil, shape each portion of dough into a cylinder shape and stretch into long strips, press with your palm. Trim the edges with a knife and deep-fry each strip in hot oil till golden in color and crisp and drain on an absorbent paper. Serve it with jalebi and enjoy its flavor and taste.
