Grease a 125 mm. (5”) diameter shallow microwave safe dish with butter and line it with a piece of grease proof paper at the bottom of the dish and again grease it with a little butter. Pour the batter into the greased and lined microwave safe dish, spread it evenly a help of a spoon and microwave on high power for 2 minutes. Once done, remove it from the oven and de-mold it by turning upside down on a plate and remove and discard the grease proof paper and cut into equal pieces and serve it with any ice cream of your choice. Yummy Chocolate and Carrot Brownie are easy dessert which is very easy to prepare at your home with available ingredients. It is a perfect after school snack for your kid’s. This brownie has a nice crunchy taste of carrots and nice aroma of of cocoa powder. You can very easily prepare this dessert at your home within few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbspcocoa powder
  • 3/4 cupcocoa powder
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter
  • 2 tsphoney
