Soft Cinnamon and Peach Cake Recipe
Cinnamon and Peach Cake is a soft, moist, and delicious cake that you can easily prepare at your home for your loved once. This cake has a nice combination of cinnamon and peach and perfect snack for your kid’s. Once you prepare this cake you cannot resist yourself eating. Let’s follow this easy and soft cake recipe.
- 1 tspcinnamon (dalchini) powder
- 1/2 cupchopped canned peaches
- 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
- 1/2 cupsoft butter
- 3 eggseggs
- 1/2 cupplain flour (maida)
- 1/2 tspbaking powder
- 1/2 tspdried ginger (soonth) powder
- 1/2 tspvanilla essence
- a pinchof salt
- 1/4 cupchopped walnuts (akhrot)
- In a bowl, add the sugar and butter in a deep bowl and mix it well with help of a spatula.
- Add the eggs, one at a time and mix it very well and add the plain flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, dry ginger powder, vanilla essence and salt and fold it gently with a help of a spatula.
- Add the peaches and walnuts and mix it gently with a spatula and transfer the mixture into a greased 175 mm. (7”) diameter aluminum tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°c (360°f) for 30 minutes.
- Once done, remove the cake from the oven and cool it slightly and loosen the edges of the cake with the help of a sharp knife.
- De-mold the cake and cut into 6 equal wedges and serve its and enjoy it flavors.
