It is best for any occasion Prep Time: Cook time: Ingredients: 1/2 cupblanched broccoli florets,1/2 cupdiagonally cut and blanched baby corn,3 cupsboiled noodles,2 tbspoil,2 tspchopped ginger (adrak),2 tbspfinely chopped garlic (lehsun),2 tbspfinely chopped celery (ajmoda),1/2 cupsliced onions,1/2 cupcarrot julienne,1/2 cupsliced capsicum,saltfreshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste, For boiling the noodles 1 packet (200gms)Hakka noodles,2 tspoil,saltto taste, Instructions: For boiling the noodles Boil enough water in a deep non-stick pan, add 1 tsp of oil and salt and mix it well and once the water starts boiling, add the noodles, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes or till they are soft and stir occasionally. Switch off the flame and drain out all the excess water from the noodles and then pour some cold water on the noodles to stop further cooking. Put the remaining 1 tsp of oil over it and mix it gently and this will prevent the noodles from sticking together and keep it aside. How to Proceed Heat the oil in a wok or a deep non-stick kadhai on a high flame, add the ginger, garlic, celery and onions and fry on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Add the carrots and capsicum and fry on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli and baby corn and fry on a medium flame for 1 minute. Add the boiled noodles, salt and pepper, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes and stir occasionally. Once done, transfer it serving bowl and serve it with any sauce of your choice.
