Add the vegetables and cook on a medium flame until they are half cooked and add the chopped tomatoes, mix it well and fry for a couple of minutes. Then add coriander powder, garam masala, Quinoa and fry for a min and then pour 2 cups of water and add salt according to your taste. Cook it on a medium flame until it absorbs all the water completely. Once done, switch off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve it with fresh salad.
