Banana Chips for Malayalis are just like drinking milk or eating biscuits at their young age. These are generally served in Onam Sadya Function. Try this recipe at home and have it as snacks during evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cupRaw Bananas
  • ½ cupTurmeric powder
  • Oil for fryingbananas
  • Saltto taste

Directions

  • Place bananas in salted chilled water
  • Chop the bananas into thin slices in water
  • Add turmeric to it and keep it in the cold water for about 10 minutes
  • Drain the water completely
