Drop a small ball in a bowl full of water. If it floats up on the surface, it mean the mixture has desired consistency Add salt to the frying pan after the oil becomes hot Reduce the flame and 1 teaspoon of batter with wet fingers Give it to round shape by gently placing them in oil Place as many as possible in the oil at a time Fry these balls on medium flame until they turn golden brown Place the fried balls on an oil absorbent paper For preparing chutney place all the ingredients like coriander leaves, mint leaves, mango powder, garlic pod, green chilies, ginger pieces, onion, salt in the grinder Grind all the ingredients in to fine paste and remove it in a bowl The tasty Ram Ladoo along with mint chutney is ready to serve The ladoo tastes good hot with mint chutney.
