Easy Sarason Ki Saag Recipe

Indian Saag Recipe is prepared out of mustard greens and spinach leaves that is served as a main course along with basmati rice. Have a look at the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsMustard leaves
  • 2 tablespoonsOil
  • 1Onions
  • 2Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoonCoriander powder
  • ¼ teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoonChili powder
  • ½ cupYogurt

Directions

  • Boil mustard leaves until all the water gets evaporated
  • Grind the boiled spinach to form puree
  • Place a pan and add oil to it
  • Add onions to the hot oil
  • Fry them till they become golden brown color
  • Add tomatoes to it along with ginger garlic paste
