Ingredients

  • 2 cupsPlain curd
  • 1 teaspoonGinger grated
  • ½ teaspoonCoriander leaves
  • Saltto taste
  • pinchSugar
  • 2 teaspoonsOil
  • ½ teaspoonSplit black gram
  • ¼ teaspoonCumin seeds
  • ¼ teaspoonMustard seeds
  • 1Chili
  • 3 leavesCurry leaves

Directions
