Prep Time: 20min Cook time: 30min Ingredients: 1 kgPork,½ teaspoonTurmeric powder,¼ teaspoonPepper powder,Saltto taste,1 teaspoonVinegar,2Onions,2Green chili,1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste,2 teaspoonsCoriander powder,1 teaspoonGaram masala powder,½ cupCoconut milk,4 tablespoonsOil, Instructions: Clean the pork pieces with water Take a mixing bowl and add pork pieces along with turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt, vinegar Set them aside for an hour Boil the pork pieces in a pressure cooker Place a pan on flame and oil to it Add onions and fry them till they become golden brown in color Add chilies, ginger garlic paste and some sugar that increases the flavor of onions Fry them together Add garam masala powder, chili powder, coriander powder and pepper powder Add chopped tomatoes and mix them well. Fry for about 3 minutes till the gravy turns to thick Add the boiled pork pieces to the tomato mixture and mix them well Add half cup of water along with coconut milk Add salt, chili powder and cover the pan with the lid Stir it occasionally until the gravy becomes thick Off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Spicy Pork Kerala Style Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kgPork
  • ½ teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoonPepper powder
  • Saltto taste
  • 1 teaspoonVinegar
  • 2Onions
  • 2Green chili
  • 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoonsCoriander powder
  • 1 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  • ½ cupCoconut milk
  • 4 tablespoonsOil

Directions

  • Clean the pork pieces with water
