Many of the food items contain colors that might be tasty but can have several harmful effects on our health. There are special bodies that monitor the amount of color present in the food item. One such special organization is FDA who manages the Adverse Reaction Monitoring System. There main function is to check the colors added to the food items . They have computerized database that helps them to track the health hazards.
Processed foods generally contains color but now to make raw food item look fresh grocery often put color to them. Often we check the food label to see whether it contains any color but in doing so we get more confused. Lets see which are the most harmful colors present in food items
