Corn Upma is a healthy, tasty and colorful dish. It is equally great for both breakfast or snack. It is nutritious, tasty and very easy to make at your home. Here rava is replaced by Corn to give a new twist to this upma.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cupscoarsely crushed sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds (jeera)
  • a pinchof asafoetida (hing)
  • 1-1/2 tspchopped green chilies
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • saltto taste
  • 1/2 tbsplemon juice

For The Garnish

  • 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander (dhania)
