Kothu Parotta is a minced parotta that can be added to the vegetables in preparing Vegetable Kothu Parotta. It is nothing rather than different version of normal parottas.

Ingredients

  • 2 choppedParotta
  • 1Onion
  • 1 cupCapsicum
  • ½ cupPeas
  • 1 teaspoonFennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoonChili powder
  • 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  • 1 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  • 1 teaspoonTomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoonSoy sauce
  • Saltto taste
  • 1 tablespoonOil
  • 10 leavesCoriander leaves

Directions

  • Place a pan on flame and add oil to it
  • Add fennel seeds and let them splutter for a while
