Ingredients

  • 1 cupRaw rice
  • 4 cupsWater
  • Saltto taste
  • 1 teaspoon choppedGinger
  • 2 tablespoonsGhee
  • 2 teaspoonsPepper
  • 2 teaspoonsJeera
  • 10 leavesCurry leaves
  • 5Cashews

Directions

  • Wash rice and moong dal with water and keep them aside
