Ingredients

  • 8Bread slices
  • 400 gramsButton mushrooms, chopped2Green Chilies, finely chopped
  • Saltto taste
  • Pepperaccording to your taste
  • 2 tbspCoriander leaves (Dhania), finely chopped
  • Butteras required
  • Olive Oilfor cooking

Directions

  • Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a wok or a heavy bottomed pan on medium flame and add chopped mushrooms and saute until water has evaporated (mushrooms leaves out water while being cooked).
