Telangana Special Sakinalu Recipe

Sakinalu is a snack item prepared in Telangana to celebrate the harvest festival called Sankranthi. It is generally prepared in the northern region of Telangana.

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsRaw rice
  • ¼ cupSesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoonsAjwain
