Prep Time: 15min Cook time: 25min Ingredients: ½ cupChopped spinach,¼ cupFenugreek leaves,¼ cupJowar flour,¼ cupBajra flour,2 tablespoonsWheat flour,1 teaspoonGinger garlic chili paste/li>,1 tablespoonOil,Saltto taste, Instructions: Chop the spinach and fenugreek leaves into fine pieces and transfer them to mixing bowl Add salt to it and rest for about 15 minutes till liquid is released from it Add jowar, bajra, whole wheat flour, salt, ginger garlic chili paste and knead them to soft dough Add little water if required Divide the dough into 30 equal portions Roll out each portion into perfect thin circle and prick the rolls with fork at regular intervals Bake them in oven at 180 degrees C for about 10 minutes or you can also fry them using pan Place a deep kadai on flame and add oil to it When the oil is hot, add the poori roles to the oil and fry them till they turn crisp Remove them from oil and place on oil absorbent paper Transfer them to air tight container and have it as snacks whenever you want to. Ingredients

  • ½ cupChopped spinach

  • ¼ cupJowar flour
  • ¼ cupBajra flour
  • 2 tablespoonsWheat flour
  • 1 teaspoonGinger garlic chili paste/li>
  • 1 tablespoonOil
  • Saltto taste

Directions
