In a bowl add corn flour, 2 chopped green chilies, egg whites, salt and 1tbsp warm water and mix it well and make a smooth batter. Heat oil in a deep-bottomed pan and dip the prawns in prepared batter and slowly drop them into the hot oil and fry them for 3-4 minutes on high flame or fry till it is golden brown in color. Drain the fried prawns in the plate and keep them aside. Heat 1tbsp oil in a deep bottomed pan and add green chilies and onion and fry for 4-6 minutes on low flame. Add the garlic and onion greens and cook for 2-3 minutes and add the tomato sauce, chili sauce and soya sauce and mix it well. Add vinegar and cook on a low flame for 3-4 minutes and add a cup of water and bring the gravy to boil. Now add the fried prawns and cook on a medium flame for another 6-7 minutes and If the gravy is too watery then add a teaspoon of corn flour to make the gravy thick. Serve this hot with fried rice.
