  • 1 1/2 cupsfinely chopped fenugreek (methi)
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped garlic (lehsun)
  • 1 cupbasmati rice (chawal), soaked for 15 minutes and drained
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 2 tspoil

Directions
