Prep Time: Cook time: Ingredients: 1/2 cupchopped radish (Mooli) whites,3 cupsshredded radish (Mooli) greens,1/2 cupbesan (gram flour),1/2 tspturmeric powder (haldi),1 tspcoriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder,1/2 tspchili powder,saltto taste,3 tbspoil,1 tspmustard seeds (rai / sarson),2 pinchesasafoetida (hing), Instructions: In a bowl, add besan, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin seeds powder, chili powder, salt and 1 tbsp of oil and mix it well and keep it aside. Heat the 2 tbsp of oil in a broad non-stick pan add the mustard seeds and when the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida and radish whites and fry on a medium flame for 3 minutes. Add the radish greens and fry on a medium flame for 1 minute and cover it with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes and stir once in between. Sprinkle the besan mixture evenly over it, mix it well and cover it with a lid and cook on a low flame for 2 minutes and stir occasionally. Once done, switch off the flame and serve it with paratha or roti. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies, sliced capsicum, carrot and cabbage and fry on a high flame. Add cornstarch and mix it well and cook on a low flame for few minutes and add the fried balls, salt and sauce mixture and green spring onions and cook for 2 more minutes and serve it hot with rice. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupchopped radish (Mooli) whites
  • 3 cupsshredded radish (Mooli) greens
  • 1/2 cupbesan (gram flour)
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1 tspcoriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
  • 1/2 tspchili powder
  • saltto taste
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 1 tspmustard seeds (rai / sarson)
  • 2 pinchesasafoetida (hing)
