Add the green chilies and garlic, mix it well and fry on a medium flame for 30 seconds. Add the fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder,coriander powder, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes and stir occasionally. Add the carrots, salt and 1 cup of water, mix it well and cover it with a lid and cook for 7 to 8 minutes and stir occasionally. Once done, switch off the flame and serve hot with paratha or roti.
