Switch off the flame and drain out all the excess water from the noodles and then pour some cold water on the noodles to stop further cooking. Put the remaining 1 tsp of oil over it and mix it gently and this will prevent the noodles from sticking together and keep it aside. How to Proceed Heat the butter in a broad, non-stick pan, add the garlic and fry for a few seconds and add the spring onions whites and capsicum and fry on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the spinach puree, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes and stir occasionally. Add the milk and cheese spread, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes and stir occasionally. Add the salt and pepper, mix it well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes and add the cornflour-water mixture, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, and stir continuously.
