Ingredients

  • 2 cupsGrated coconut
  • 1 ¾ cupSugar
  • ½ cupBlanched almond powder
  • ¼ cupCardamom powder

Directions

  • Place non stick pan on low flame and add grated coconut along with sugar
  • Cook it on low flame by stirring it occasionally till the sugar melts
  • Add almond powder and cardamom powder to it and stir continuously
