Navrathri Special - Sabudana Kheer Recipe

Sabudana Kheer is a very special Navrathri fast recipe.  The recipe can also be fed to kids and old age people because it is relatively easy to digest than other food items. Other than that it is also an oil free recipe. It is good for your health even when you are not fasting.

Ingredients

  • 1 cupSabudana or Tapioca (smallest size)
  • 2 cupsMilk
  • 1cupswater
  • Jaggeryor sugar to taste
  • 1 teaspoonCardamom powder
  • 10Raisins
  • 10Almonds
  • 10Cashew
  • 1 pinch ofsaffron

Directions

  • Wash the Sabudana and soak them in water for 45-60 minutes

  • Put Sabudana in it and cook
