Coconut Sandwich recipe
Start your day with light and easy food, here comes a Coconut Sandwich recipe. This is a quick method to prepare a healthy recipe of a coconut sandwich. This coconut helps you in losing weight and can also provide with a lot of benefits. Here is the method to prepare:
- 4 slicesBread
- 1 TbspHung curd
- freshly gratedcoconut
- 2Green chilies
- Small cupOil
- as per tasteGinger
- as per tasteGreen chili paste
- as per tasteSlat
- 1 tspChili powder
- 1/2 TbspOil
- 1/4 TspMustard Seeds
- 3 To 4Curry Leaves
- Take a bowl and add hung curd, grated coconut, green chilli, ginger, chilli paste, salt and red chilli powder.
- Mix all the ingredients in a proper manner.
- Place a pan and heat 1/2 tsp of oil. Add mustard seeds and fry for a few seconds.
- Add curry leaves and fry it in the same pan.
- After a few minutes, switch off the gas. Mix this with the hung curd mix.
- Take a slice of bread and neatly spread some coconut mix onto the bread. Cover with the other bread slice.
- Repeat the same with another bread slice.
- Heat a non stick pan, put little oil/butter on it and cook the sandwiches on both sides till it gets crisp.
- If wanted, lastly you can cut into rectangular shapes or you can serve in a normal way without cutting the slice.
- Tomato sauce may add taste to the sandwich.
