Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add cloves, cinnamon, cumin seeds, cardamom, and asafoetida and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds. Add onions and garlic paste and saute on a medium flame for 1 minute. Add green peas, potatoes, and french beans and saute on a medium flame for another 2 minutes. Add rice, masoor dal, turmeric powder, green chili paste and salt and saute on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Add 4 cups of water, mix it well and pressure cook for15 min and allow the steam to escape before opening the lid. Serve it hot. Ingredients

Directions
