Heat ghee in a deep non-stick kadhai, add onions and saute on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes or till they turn translucent. Add cardamom, cloves, and sugar and saute on a medium flame for a minute. Add prepared paste and saute on a medium flame for 2 more minutes. Add tomato pulp, curd, and salt, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes and stir occasionally. Add cauliflower and green peas, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes and stir occasionally. Switch off the flame, add fresh cream and mix it well. Ingredients

  • 2 cupscauliflower florets
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 1/2 cupthinly sliced onions
  • 2cardamoms
  • 2cloves (laung / lavang)
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1/2 cupfresh tomato pulp
  • 3/4 cupwhisked curd (dahi)
  • saltto taste
  • 3/4 cupboiled green peas
  • 1 tbspfresh cream

To Be Ground Into A Smooth Paste (using 2 Tbsp Water)
