Prep Time: 15min Cook time: 15min Ingredients: 3 cupsshredded cabbage,1 cupgreen peas,1 tbspoil,1/2 tspmustard seeds ( rai / sarson),1/4 tspasafoetida (hing),1/4 tspturmeric powder (haldi),saltto taste,1 tspcoriander (dhania) seeds powder,1 tspchili powder, Instructions: Heat the oil in broad non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds and when the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida , turmeric powder, cabbage, green peas and salt, mix it well. Cover it with a lid and cook on high flame for 8 to 10 minutes or till the cabbage are tender and stir occasionally. Add the coriander seeds powder and chili powder and mix it well and cook on a low flame for more 2 to 3 minutes and stir once in between. Once done, switch off the flame and serve it hot with rice or roti.

  • 3 cupsshredded cabbage
  • 1 cupgreen peas
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds ( rai / sarson)

  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder (haldi)

  • 1 tspcoriander (dhania) seeds powder

Directions
