Once the soya is cooked drain off the water and transfer to a bowl of cold water and Allow to rest for 10 minutes and rinse multiple of times with clean water. Squeeze off the soya chunks to remove the absorbed water and keep it aside and make sure to squeeze water else they won’t absorb the gravy. In a kadhai heat oil and add cumin seeds and fry till the cumin seeds turn aromatic. Add finely chopped onions and fry it and also add garlic, ginger and fry till the raw smell disappears completely.
