In a pan dry roast gram flour and roast it nicely and transfer to a bowl add curd, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam powder, chaat powder, crushed ginger, kasoori methi, and salt and mix it well and make a thick batter. Add the cauliflower florets and mix well to coat each floret with the batter and keep it aside and let it marinate for 2 hours. Heat a grill pan or tawa and brush with 2 teaspoons oil and arrange the florets and fry till golden brown from both the sides on a medium flame and alternately you can arrange the pieces on a grill tray and grill them at 250 C in a preheated oven for 15-28 minutes. Serve this delicious gobi tikka with green chutney or as a side dish. Notes If you want to coat the florets completely with batter keep the consistency thick, add only 1¾ cup curd. Ingredients

  • 1 Mediumsized cauliflower
