Add the salt, turmeric powder, green chilies, besan, and 1 cup of water, mix it well and cook on a slow flame for 3 to 4 minutes and stir continuously. Switch off the flame and keep it aside to cool. For The Stuffing In a bowl add grated paneer, salt, chopped green chili, raisin and mix it nicely and divide the stuffing into equal portions and keep it aside. keep it aside How to proceed Divide the covering into equal portions and roll each portion into a round ball in between your palms. Press a little in the center of each round to make a depression and place a portion of the stuffing in the center of each round and roll again to form a ball. For The Covering

  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1-1/4 cupsfinely chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves
  • saltto taste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder (haldi)
  • 2 tspfinely chopped green chilies
  • 1 cupbesan (Bengal gram flour)
  • oilfor deep-frying
