Add the onions and flame on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the prepared green paste and fry on a medium flame for 1 minute. Add the coconut milk, green peas and salt, mix it well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes and stir occasionally. Ingredients

To Be Blended Into A Smooth Green Paste ( Without Using Any Water)

  • 2 tbspchopped coriander (dhania)
  • 2 tbspchopped coriander (dhania) stalks
  • 2 tbspchopped mint leaves (pudina)
  • 1/2 tbsproughly chopped green chilies
  • 1 tspchopped ginger (adrak)
  • 2garlic (lehsun) cloves
  • 1/4 cupcoconut milk
  • Other Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cupsbasmati rice, soaked for 30 minutes and drained
    • 1 tbspoil
    • 3cloves (laung / lavang)
    • 1cinnamon (dalchini) stick
    • 1bay leaf (tej patta)
    • 4black peppercorns (kalimirch)
    • 10-12cashew nuts (kaju) , broken into pieces
    • 1/2 cupsliced onions

Directions

For the green paste

How to proceed
