Prep Time: 10min Cook time: 20min Ingredients: 1 1/2 CupsWhole Wheat Flour (Gehun Ka Atta),SaltTo Taste,1/4 CupFinely Chopped Tomatoes,1/4 CupFinely Chopped Onions,1/4 CupGrated Carrot,1/2 TspFinely Chopped Green Chilies,2 TbspFinely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania),OilFor Greasing And Cooking, Instructions: In a bowl add flour, salt and 1¼ cups of water and mix it well with the help of a whisk. Then add chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, grated carrot, chopped coriander leaves, salt, and green chili and mix it well by using a spatula and keep it aside. Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle), sprinkle a little water on it and wipe it off gently by using a muslin cloth. Grease the tawa with oil and pour a ladleful of the batter on it and spread it in a circular motion to make a 150 mm. (6”) diameter thin circle. Brush a little oil over it and cook on a medium flame till the dosa turns light brown in color from both the sides. Serve it with coconut chutney and complete a hearty meal. Instant Whole Wheat Vegetable Dosa is a healthy and quick variation of regular dosa.This dosa is packed with flavor and nutrition. It is a wholesome one-dish meal which is ideal for morning breakfast. Let’s follow this delicious dosa recipe.  

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 CupsWhole Wheat Flour (Gehun Ka Atta)
  • SaltTo Taste
  • 1/4 CupFinely Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1/4 CupFinely Chopped Onions
  • 1/4 CupGrated Carrot
  • 1/2 TspFinely Chopped Green Chilies
  • 2 TbspFinely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania)

Directions
