In a bowl add the cooked dal, mashed potatoes, boiled green peas, chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, ginger- garlic paste, grated onion, grated carrot, chaat masala, and salt and mix the mixture well and divide the mixture into equal portions. Use a thick seekh (metal skewer), press each portion of the dal mixture on it by using your fingers to make a 100 mm. (4") long kebab.
