Add the tomato puree, salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander-cumin seeds powder and sugar and fry for 8 to 10 minutes or fry till the oil separates from the gravy. Add the soya chunks, mixed vegetables, milk, and cream and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes and switch off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.   • 1/2 tspturmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1 tspchili powder
  • 1 tspcoriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1/2 cupsoaked and roughly chopped soya chunks
  • 1/2 cupchopped and boiled mixed vegetables (carrots, french beans, cauliflower etc.)
