Carrot Gajar Kheer Recipe

Prepare Gajar Kheer with fresh and healthy carrots. It is definitely a rich source of dietary fibers and anti oxidants. Boil carrot in milk and sprinkle cardamom at the end for better taste.

Ingredients

  • 2Carrots
  • 2 ½ cupsMilk
  • 4 tablespoonsSugar
  • 1 tablespoonGhee
  • 5Cashews
  • 5Almonds
  • ¼ teaspoonCardamom powder
  • 4 strands (Optional)Saffron

Directions

  • Soak almonds and cashews in water for about half an hour
