Kesar Malai Peda is an excellent Indian dessert prepared with full cream milk. Try this mithai at home and make holi delightful.

Ingredients

  • 1 cupUnsweetened khoya
  • ¼ cupSugar
  • few strandsSaffron
  • 2 tablespoonsHot milk
  • ½ teaspoonGhee
  • ½ tablespoonSliced pista

Directions

  • Soak saffron in hot milk for about 5 minutes
  • Microwave them for few seconds and crush them with hand
  • Crumble khoya and fry it in a pan till the raw smell disappears from it
  • Add sugar and little water to it
