Ingredients

  • 2 cupsAll purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoonDry yeast
  • 1 tablespoonOil
  • ¼ cupYogurt
  • ½ cupLukewarm water
  • ¼ cupButter
  • Saltto taste
  • 1 teaspoonSugar

Directions

  • Dissolve the active dry yeast in water and keep it aside till it become frothy
  • Take a mixing bowl and add maida (all purpose flour), salt, oil, yogurt to the bowl
