Finely chop almonds, cashew nuts, raisins, walnut, pista and dates and blend the figs to a smooth paste. Heat oil or ghee and add anjeer paste mix it well and saute for a minute and add the chopped dates and mix it well and cook on a low flame for 2 minutes. Add Chopped dry fruits and mix it nicely and add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, Gulkand and mix it well, cook for a minute and switch off the flame. Line a plate or tray with greased butter paper and pour burfi mixture and level it well with spatula and keep it aside to cool. Add sliver varq and keep burfi in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes, cut it into desire shape . Store in airtight container and burfi stays fresh in room temperature for 2 weeks and enjoy whenever you want to. Variations You can use any dry fruits of your choice and you can also add 1/3 Cup of desiccated coconut and 1/3 Cup poppy seeds. If you don't have sliver warq then garnish the burfi with desiccated coconut or poppy seeds.
