In a bowl whisk yogurt, cumin powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Add spinach mixture to the whisked yogurt and transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. For the seasoning Heat oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seed, white urad daland curry leaves and allow it to roast and crackle and once it roasts and crackles, turn off the heat. Ingredients

  • 2 cupsYogurt (Curd)
  • 2 cupsSpinach Leaves (Palak), finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoonRed chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonCumin powder, roasted
  • 1/2 teaspoonSugar, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoonWhole Black Pepper Corns, coarsely pounded
  • Saltto taste

Ingredients for Seasoning (Alternative Flavor)

  • 1/2 teaspoonCooking oil
  • 1/4 teaspoonMustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonWhite Urad Dal (Split)
  • 1sprig Curry leaves

Directions
