Heat oil in a pan and fry marinated chicken for 8 minutes and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until golden brown and keep it aside. Grind ginger, garlic, pepper, cardamom brown and green, cinnamon stick and cloves together into a smooth paste. Heat oil in a pan and add grind paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt and cook on medium flame for about 5 minutes. Then grind fried onion and add grind onion in a gravy and add curd and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes. Grind Khus-khus, almond and cashew nuts together and add this paste to the gravy and cook on slow flame for 5 minutes. Add fried chicken and mix it well and add 2 cup water and cover with the lid cook for minutes on a low flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with naan or roti. Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgChicken
  • 1 cupDahi
  • 2 teaspoonRed chili powder
  • 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonTurmeric powder

  • 3Cinnamon stick
