When the milk starts to boil and it will curdle and don't worry and keep stirring it. Add sugar.Mix well.Cook till the sugar dissolves properly and binds with papaya. Add cashew nuts and raisins and mix it well and then switch off the flame and keep it aside to cool for 20 min. Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins if desired and serve.
