Ingredients

  • 2 cupsFinely chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves
  • 1 cupSliced mushrooms (khumbh)
  • 1 cupBrown rice
  • 2 tspOil
  • 2 tspFinely chopped green chilies
  • 1 tspFinely chopped ginger (adrak)
  • 1 tbspFinely chopped garlic (lehsun)
